FAQs

How much will it cost?

This strongly depends on the size and the degree of complexity of the project. I will provide you with a detailed quote before carrying out any work.

How long will it take?

Again, this strongly depends on the project, but I generally translate 2000 – 2,500 words a day.

What do I need to submit?

I can work with most common file formats, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, editable PDF, HTML. Get in touch to discuss projects with special formats.

How will you ensure consistency?

I will use your website and other material supplied by you as a reference. It would be great if you could create/forward lists with preferred terminology and/or TMs and material from previous language suppliers.

How will I know if you cover my area of expertise?

I have translated documents in the fields of orthopaedics, radiation, anaesthesia, paediatrics, cardiology, ultrasound, injections, home and hospital care, health apps, gynaecology/urology, etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions about specialisms.
